WRLDBEAT crafts a signature blend of Reggae, Latin, and Funk rhythms tailored for festivals, clubs, and any venue capable of hosting this vibrant 9-piece group. Based in Amsterdam, WRLDBEAT represents a cultural crossroads where different generations connect through a shared beat. This collective legacy reflects years of artistic growth and musical exploration.
The journey began with the rhythmic synergy between Carl’s drumming, Nico’s guitar, and Jort’s bass. The vocal presence blossomed when Stephanie and Larissa brought their harmonious chemistry to the stage. Their sonic palette expanded with Mick on saxophone, Luke’s versatility on keyboards and guitar, and Henk’s percussion driving their studio work more into Latin landscapes. Recently, Daan joined the group, introducing a deep vocal that completes their distinctive sound.
With a legacy of over a hundred performances, WRLDBEAT excels at igniting any room with infectious energy. Spanning five studio albums, our music has evolved into a mixture of Reggae, Latin, and Funk. Check out our Spotify or dive into our Instagram and Youtube to get a taste of the music and stageshow.
Here is a recording of the band live at Ruigoord last summer.
